In September, the Community Foundation celebrated its first 100 years by honoring local change makers who are making a difference in Western New York. As we continue to focus forward, the Community Foundation is pleased to announce a special opportunity to be part of the next century and beyond. Every dollar contributed to an endowment for the changing needs of our community will be matched up to the first $100,000.
Just as the needs of our community are ever-changing, so is the way we meet those needs. As a community foundation, it is important that we recognize the answers to our challenges are as unique as the community we serve. Change Makers understand this and consider the impact they can make now — and in the future — to address our community’s changing needs.
Those who contribute will be recognized as a Centennial Change Maker and will be part of creating transformative change in Western New York forever.
